Meet Our Team

Our designer genius Patricia Williams would love to fly if she could find the time. She would jet-set back to former homelands of Puerto Rico or Australia in an instant.  When not dreaming of traveling, she designs logos and helps the marketing team. Patricia also loves watching movies (especially chick flicks), reading, and experimenting with her artistic abilities.  During her nine years on staff, she has enjoyed many chocolate chip cookie breaks – usually the ones she bakes herself!

If Troy Wolbrink were Superman, his first mission would be to do his best at preventing two slow cars from driving next to each other and blocking traffic. He has received his student pilot’s license and is already flying solo…which is pretty close to flying with a cape!  But when Troy is not flying, he is creating and directing TntWare.

Russ Licht, our Information Security Officer, protects us from information bandits.  However, if it were up to him he would much rather be out mountaineering then making phone calls.  But in his 20 years of working for Campus Crusade, he has had his share of adventure.  Russ has been detained by the police…twice!  The first time was for suspicion of arson (have no fear, the suspicion was proven false) and the second time was for having a suspicious passport.  In his defense, it is really difficult to remember to NOT wash your passport in the laundry.

With 32 years of Crusade experience, Doug Leppard has been with Campus Crusade the longest on our team.  But don’t mistake his age for lack of wit. His sense of humor and tricks keep everyone on their toes.  Never one for “all work and no play,” Doug instituted the first ever Cubicle Golf Tournament in the office.  In addition to loving fun and competition, he also loves building robots, being with his darling wife, and eating Mexican burritos (but not necessarily in that order).

With the amount of experience Kay Seabourn has it is no wonder why she is head of Special Projects. Teaching 2nd grade, living in Nigeria, being on staff for 29 years and riding an elevator while standing on her head has prepared her for any project that gets thrown her way. Her cheerful and encouraging personality may be one reason why she desires to help others succeed so much. But be kind and courteous when talking to her as she is not a fan of “in your face” responses (but that doesn’t mean you should stand far away when answering her). Chocolate and her new granddaughter are two of her favorite things!

Our Chief Technology Officer, Keith Seabourn, loves to keep our office in order and make sure everybody has a clear idea of what to do. But when he is not directing this one of a kind, incredible office, he loves to be outdoors doing, well, pretty much anything! In his 29 years of ministering with Campus Crusade, Keith has lived in Nigeria, had his passport confiscated, and was detained by the police only 4 times!  A word of warning about Keith: don’t be near him when he is with his new granddaughter, Abby. She is his weakness and she always manages to turn him into a big teddy bear.

Rob Williams, a nine-year veteran of Campus Crusade for Christ, has really been taught well. After receiving a speeding ticket from a policeman, Rob dutifully gave the ticketing officer a copy of the Four Spiritual Laws. Our Director of Internet Ministry loves the color orange, hates raw tomatoes, and would love to have the ability to be invisible. On his day off you might catch him taking pictures, watching reality TV, surfing the internet, or blogging on one of his many blogs.

Since checking the mail tops the list of favorite things to do for Karin Tome, she’s a perfect fit for our team.  Her lively personality makes her a very enjoyable addition to the office.  An executive assistant for Keith and Doug, Karin (who doubles as our resident theologian) enjoys a number of responsibilities including handling appointments, writing, and editing for the office.  She loves to read so it‘s no wonder Karin’s superpower of choice would be to remember everything she ever read.  In her pursuit of her preferred power, she makes regular stops at her favorite place, Starbucks, for her infamous tall non-fat half-caff with whip almond latte.
